  I have been going to Rosie's since they were in San Bernardino on highland ave, food is great and the salsa is the secret to an amazing meal.

  I've been here a handful of times since I started working at the college nearby. They got my order wrong every single time. It looked perfect on the receipt, but it always ended up being wrong. I like the burrito I got the first time I went so I brushed that small issue with my order aside and went back because the location is convenient.
  
  The next few times I went, they didn't put various items in my to go bag. The first time they forgot to add a potato taco even though I was charged for it. The second time I asked for an extra side of guacamole and I paid for it but they forgot to include it. The third time, I asked for deluxe taquitos and got regular ones. This last time, they didn't put any taquitos in my bag. Soooo frustrating! I finally give up. The food isn't worth the hassle.

  Quality doesn't seem like what it used to be. Less meat. We have a new favorite called the GTO (I think) which has carne asada, fries and guacamole but the time before last I put in order on phone they didn't tell me they were out of guacamole, so it really was not what I ordered. There are more places coming into Yucaipa so they will need to step it up to survive. We really ever ordered burritos so my review is only based on them.

  My family loves Rosie's. We eat there every Saturday afternoon. My daughter loves the Taquitos, she usually gets beef. My husband always chooses something different, but usually gets the MBRC. My son and I both like the bean and cheese burritos. Order the chips and salsa and put the salsa on the burrito! Yummm! I have also had the chili relleno burrito. I like to order mine with beans. Last time I asked for the pork on the side and it wasn't in bag when we got home, but it was delicious anyway. Sometimes it appears that the eating area needs a good cleaning, like we have to brush off the tables and chairs. The staff should be more attentive to the cleanliness, not just sweeping once a day... other than that we love Rosie's!

  I LOVE Rosies. I'm so sad to do this due to the experience I just had and the experience last week. Last week we came in and ordered two burritos for lunch and 3 people who came in after us got their food and we finally asked they told us that they rang it in to go. We sat right next to the glass so she could obviously see us. But whatever shit happens. Today we came in and ordered a burrito to share. The first one was wrong so we asked them for the correct order. They fixed it no charge which was nice. Halfway through I found a thick black hair. Trying not to vomit while writing this review. I'm sad to write it honestly. I don't think I'll come to this location for awhile. We decided not to address the second issue and just leave because I felt sick.
